Vigil for St John the Baptist

On Tuesday the 23rd of February, we held our first vigil service of 2021 in memory of the 1st and 2nd Findings of the Precious Head of St John the Baptist.

The five-hour vigil began with the prayers of the Small Compline with the Akathist Hymn to St John the Baptist and ended with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy and the faithful’s reception of the Holy Eucharist.
